Refund Policy

This policy applies to employer subscriptions and featured job payments made through Job Hiring Point via Razorpay.

Subscription plans

  • Paid plans (Pro, Premium) activate immediately upon successful payment and remain valid for the purchased duration.
  • Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law.
  • If a technical error prevented your plan from activating, contact us within 7 days for a review.

Featured job listings

  • Featured status is applied immediately after payment verification.
  • Featured job boosts are non-refundable once the listing goes live.
  • If a job is rejected during moderation before going live, a full refund or credit will be issued.

How to request a refund

Email billing@jobhiringpoint.com with your registered email, payment ID, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
