Account security
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords.
- Authentication uses secure HTTP-only cookies with JWT tokens.
- Inactive accounts can be suspended by administrators.
Data protection
- Resume files are stored on Cloudinary with access controls.
- MongoDB Atlas hosts our database with encryption in transit.
- Payment data is handled by Razorpay — we do not store card details.
Platform integrity
- Job listings are moderated to reduce spam and fraudulent posts.
- Employer accounts are verified before publishing.
- Applicants control what information is shared with employers.
